Greenville Shooting Leaves Sandra Kay Daniels Dead, One Injured

Greenville, MS — A double shooting early Friday morning claimed the life of 27-year-old Sandra Kay Daniels and left a male victim injured, according to the Greenville Police Department.
Around 2:30 a.m. on November 29, officers responded to Delta Health Systems after reports of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, police discovered two individuals being treated in the Emergency Room for gunshot wounds.
Investigators determined the shooting occurred near the Alon gas station on the 2400 block of Highway 82 East. Daniels and the male victim were transported to the hospital by private vehicle following the incident.
The male victim was treated and later released. Tragically, Daniels succumbed to her injuries despite medical efforts.
Authorities are actively investigating the case and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at (662) 378-TIPS (8477) or use the P3 app. Anonymous tips leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
